Today we headed out for some shopping in the more commercialized areas of town: Mahatma Gandhi Road (M.G. Road) and Commercial Street. The city is building a metro system which is causing a lot of construction all over town and seems to take away from the beauty of the city some. We tried a pizza place for lunch and I ordered the oddest thing on the menu - the "conizza." Turns out it tasted the same.

I'm enjoying a poori - a fried flat bread. I'm also drinking mosambi juice - mosambi looks sort of like a lime and tastes like a sweet lime.
